November 27, 2023: Benton, KY 42025 The Crittenden County Rockets basketball team (Marion, KY), was overwhelmed 85-55 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY)
The Marshals now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Goodpasture Christian for a non-league battle on Friday, December 1. Marshall County will confront a Cougars team coming off a 93-80 non-league win over Tennessee Heat (Nashville, TN). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
The Rockets (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Livingston Central (Smithland, KY). The Cardinals come into the District 5 battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Livingston Central trounced Fort Campbell (Fort Campbell, KY), 77-56, in a non-league battle.
