Kentucky High School Basketball - Christian Fellowship ripped by Marshall County
January 23, 2024: Benton, KY 42025 The Marshall County Marshals basketball team scored 82 points and held the host Christian Fellowship Eagles to 46 in the Marshals league triumph on Tuesday.
The Marshals now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paducah Tilghman for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Marshall County will meet a Blue Tornado team coming off a 65-61 non-league loss to Mayfield (Mayfield, KY). The Blue Tornado record now stands at 8-8.
The Eagles (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage Christian Academy (Hopkinsville, KY). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Heritage Christian Academy triumphed over Community Christian (Paducah, KY), 62-59, in a non-league contest.
