Arkansas High School Basketball - Perryville overwhelmed by England
November 27, 2023: England, AR 72046 The England Lions basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Perryville Mustangs to 25 in the Lions non-league victory on Monday.
The Lions now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heber Springs for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 29. England will battle a Panthers team coming off a 55-50 non-league win over Atkins (Atkins, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.
The Mustangs (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Guy-Perkins (Guy, AR). The Thunderbirds come into the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Guy-Perkins was routed by Wonderview (Hattieville, AR), 64-29, in a league contest.
