November 27, 2023: Wilson, NC 27893 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Liberty Christian Patriots (Durham, NC) and the host Wilson Christian Academy Chargers (Wilson, NC), saw Liberty Christian's basketball squad wallop Wilson Christian Academy by a count of 65-23.
With the victory, Liberty Christian upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Wilmington Christian Academy lost 52-41 in their recent league challenge against Bethel Christian Academy (Kinston, NC)
Next up, the Chargers play the Greenville Christian Academy Knights (Greenville, NC) in a NCCSA AA East Region 4 challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Wilson Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 74-40 non-league win over Victory Christian (Elizabeth City, NC).
