In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting White River Valley Wolverines basketball team scored a good 54-42 triumph over the North Knox Warriors.

The Wolverines (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Dugger Union (Dugger, IN). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Dugger Union was topped by Shoals (Shoals, IN), 67-15, in a non-league contest.
