The Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits (Long Beach, CA) basketball crushed the host Downey Vikings (Downey, CA), 57-34 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Jackrabbits now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to South for a non-league bout on Friday, November 29. Long Beach Poly will play a Spartans team coming off a 44-28 non-league win over Jordan (Long Beach, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Downey falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Vikings host Rancho Cucamonga (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 3.
