November 27, 2024: Bay City, MI 48708 The Central Wolves ice hockey team scored 6 points and held the visiting Gladwin Flying G's to 1 in the Wolves non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Wolves now own a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Lyon for a non-league bout on Saturday, November 30. Central will encounter a Lions team coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI). The Lions record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, Gladwin moves to 0-2 on the season. The Flying g's host Negaunee (Negaunee, MI) to encounter the Miners in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 5. The Miners go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Negaunee lost 6-5 in their recent non-league bout against Berkley (Berkley, MI)
