The East Rutherford Cavaliers basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Blacksburg Wildcats to 62 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Cavaliers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blacksburg for a non-league contest on Monday, December 5.

The Wildcats (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC). The Gryphons enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Thomas Jefferson was nudged by Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC), 66-45, in a non-league contest.
