November 28, 2022: Fort Wingate, NM 87316 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Santa Fe Indian Braves (Santa Fe, NM) and the host Wingate Bears (Fort Wingate, NM), saw Santa Fe Indian's basketball squad wallop Wingate by a tally of 78-33.
With the victory, Santa Fe Indian improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM) to confront the Hilltoppers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 1. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Los Alamos lost 40-24 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM)
Next up, the Bears confront the Escalante Lobos (Tierra Amarilla, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 1. Wingate will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Lobos come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 76-52 non-league loss to Tohatchi (Tohatchi, NM).
