Illinois High School Basketball - Andrew crushes Argo
November 28, 2023: Summit, IL 60501 Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL), 60-36 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Andrew upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Thunderbolts host Lincoln-Way Central (New Lenox, IL) to play the Knights in a SouthWest Suburban - Red bout on Friday, December 1. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Lincoln-Way Central lost 55-41 in their recent non-league bout against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL)
Next up, the Argonauts play the Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs (Cicero, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Argo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 71-34 non-league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL).
