Indiana High School Basketball - Benton Central topped by West Lafayette
November 28, 2023: West Lafayette, IN 47906 The West Lafayette Red Devils basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Benton Central Bison to 47 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Red Devils now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rensselaer Central for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. West Lafayette will battle a Bombers team coming off a 58-51 non-league win over McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN). The Bombers record now stands at 2-1.
The Bison (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN). The Mavericks come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, McCutcheon was defeated by Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN), 58-51, in a non-league contest.
