Virginia High School Basketball - Culpeper County overwhelms Manassas Park
November 28, 2023: Manassas Park, VA 20111 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Culpeper County Blue Devils (Culpeper, VA) and the host Manassas Park Cougars (Manassas Park, VA), saw Culpeper County's basketball squad wallop Manassas Park by a count of 57-29.
With the victory, Culpeper County upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Fauquier (Warrenton, VA) to play the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Fauquier lost 78-63 in their recent league challenge against Handley (Winchester, VA)
Next up, the Cougars play the Warren County Wildcats (Front Royal, VA) in a Northwestern challenge, on Friday, December 1. Manassas Park will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 57-42 non-league loss to Strasburg (Strasburg, VA).
