Oklahoma High School Basketball - Lawton overwhelms Northwest Classen
November 28, 2023: Lawton, OK 73507 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lawton Wolverines (Lawton, OK) and the visiting Northwest Classen Knights (Oklahoma City, OK), saw Lawton's basketball squad wallop Northwest Classen by a count of 66-28.
With the victory, Lawton upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Eisenhower (Lawton, OK) to play the Eagles in a 6A District 2 challenge on Friday, December 1. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Eisenhower lost 72-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Westmoore (Oklahoma City, OK)
Next up, the Knights play the Putnam City West Patriots (Oklahoma City, OK) in a 6A District 2 challenge, on Friday, December 1. Northwest Classen will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 63-42 league win over Norman (Norman, OK).
