Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) and the visiting Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), saw Pleasant Valley's basketball squad knock off Nevada Union by a tally of 53-39.

With the victory, Pleasant Valley improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Davis (Davis, CA) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Davis won 35-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Vacaville (Vacaville, CA)
