In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Triangle Math & Science Tigers (Apex, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC), by a margin of 50-29.

The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Bears go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Chatham Central smashed South Davidson (Denton, NC), 57-30, in a non-league outing.

The Firebirds now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Louisburg for a non-league outing on Wednesday, November 29. Falls Lake will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 54-41 non-league win over Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
