Washington High School Basketball - Mt. Baker crushes South Whidbey
November 28, 2023: Deming, WA 98244 Mt. Baker Mountaineers (Deming, WA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting South Whidbey Falcons (Langley, WA), 64-21 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mt. Baker upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Mountaineers travel to Orcas Island (Eastsound, WA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Falcons clash with the Granite Falls Tigers (Granite Falls, WA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. South Whidbey will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 74-15 non-league loss to Bellingham (Bellingham, WA).
