Washington High School Basketball - Coupeville overwhelms South Whidbey
January 24, 2024: Coupeville, WA 98239 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Coupeville Wolves (Coupeville, WA) and the visiting South Whidbey Falcons (Langley, WA), saw Coupeville's basketball squad wallop South Whidbey by a tally of 73-4.
With the victory, Coupeville improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Chief Leschi (Puyallup, WA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 0-14. Chief Leschi lost 58-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Ilwaco (Ilwaco, WA)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Eastside Prep (Kirkland, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 26. South Whidbey will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 46-26 non-league win over University Prep (Seattle, WA).
