Galway Golden Eagles (Galway, NY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Corinth Tomahawks (Corinth, NY), 63-34 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Galway upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to Fort Plain (Fort Plain, NY) to play the Hilltoppers in a Section 2 Western - Mohawk bout on Thursday, December 1. The Hilltoppers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Tomahawks play the Doane Stuart Thunder Chicken (Albany, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 5. Corinth will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
