In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Mt. Vernon Marauders (Fortville, IN) basketball squad beat the host Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN), by a count of 61-53.

The Marauders (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Fishers (Fishers, IN). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record.

The Hawks now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin Community for a Mid-State outing on Friday, December 2. Decatur Central will clash with a Grizzly Cubs squad coming off a 75-40 non-league loss to Center Grove (Greenwood, IN). The Grizzly Cubs record now stands at 1-1.
