Texas High School Basketball - Leadership Prep edges John Paul II
November 29, 2022: Plano, TX 75075 The Leadership Prep Lions (Frisco, TX) basketball nipped the host John Paul II Cardinals (Plano, TX), 77-70 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Lions (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Founders Classical Academy (Mesquite, TX). The Guardian go into the TCSAAL test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Founders Classical Academy was tipped by International Leadership of Texas Garland (Garland, TX), 66-27, in a league test.
The Cardinals now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Marion for a non-league test on Saturday, December 3. John Paul II will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 58-42 non-league loss to DeSoto (DeSoto, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 4-2.
