Texas High School Basketball - Petersburg tops Patton Springs
November 29, 2022: Afton, TX 79220 Petersburg Buffaloes (Petersburg, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Patton Springs Rangers (Afton, TX), 50-38 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Petersburg upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Buffaloes travel to Chillicothe (Chillicothe, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-4. Chillicothe lost 55-24 in their recent non-league bout against Hedley (Hedley, TX)
Next up, the Rangers play the Rotan Yellowhammers (Rotan, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Patton Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Yellowhammers come into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 49-22 non-league loss to Knox City (Knox City, TX).
