Georgia High School Basketball - Seckinger holds off Stephens County
November 29, 2022: Toccoa, GA 30577 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA) and the host Stephens County Indians (Toccoa, GA), saw Seckinger's basketball squad hold off Stephens County by a tally of 63-56.
With the victory, Seckinger improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA) to confront the Bears in a AAAA Region 8A challenge on Friday, December 2. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Cherokee Bluff lost 56-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Cambridge (Milton, GA)
Next up, the Indians confront the Habersham Central Raiders (Mt. Airy, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 3. Stephens County will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
