The Kankakee Valley Kougars basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Michigan City Wolves to 37 in the Kougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Kougars now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lowell for a Northwest Crossroads contest on Friday, December 2. Kankakee Valley will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 69-31 non-league loss to Crown Point (Crown Point, IN). The Red Devils record now stands at 6-2.

The Wolves (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Chesterton (Chesterton, IN). The Trojans enter the Duneland contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Chesterton triumphed over East Chicago Central (East Chicago, IN), 73-29, in a non-league contest.
