The Lake Central Indians basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Kankakee Valley Kougars to 39 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mishawaka Marian for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Lake Central will meet a Knights team coming off a 55-48 non-league win over Goshen (Goshen, IN). The Knights record now stands at 13-4.

The Kougars (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against North Judson-San Pierre (North Judson, IN). The Bluejays enter the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, North Judson-San Pierre triumphed over West Central (Francesville, IN), 67-42, in a non-league contest.
