The Munster Mustangs basketball team (Munster, IN), was overwhelmed 71-34 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN)

The Indians now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Merrillville for a Duneland battle on Friday, December 2. Lake Central will confront a Pirates team coming off a 38-32 non-league loss to Munster (Munster, IN). The Pirates record now stands at 1-6.

The Mustangs (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Hobart (Hobart, IN). The Brickies come into the Northwest Crossroads battle with a 7-0 record. In their last battle, Hobart trounced Portage (Portage, IN), 60-54, in a non-league battle.
