The Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) basketball nipped the host Crown Point Bulldogs (Crown Point, IN), 41-38 in Friday's league test.

The Indians (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Bedford North Lawrence (Bedford, IN). The Stars go into the non-league test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, Bedford North Lawrence got by Evansville Mater Dei (Evansville, IN), 69-35, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Vernon for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 27.
