The North Surry Greyhounds basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Ashe County Huskies to 34 in the Greyhounds non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Stokes for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 30. North Surry will battle a Sauras team coming off a 48-41 non-league win over McMichael (Mayodan, NC). The Sauras record now stands at 1-1.
