California High School Basketball - High Tech SD winner over Ramona
November 29, 2022: San Diego, CA 92106 The High Tech SD Storm (San Diego, CA) basketball felled the visiting Ramona Bulldogs (Ramona, CA), 49-37 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Storm (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Mission Vista (Oceanside, CA). The go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Mission Vista thwarted Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA), 64-52, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Maranatha Christian for a non-league test on Wednesday, November 30. Ramona will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 62-50 non-league loss to Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.

The Storm JV went deep into their bench to start the 4th quarter. It would prove to be very costly as the Bulldogs roared back behind 14 points in the final stanza from Bulldogs Center #24 Eric Lopez. #23 Krick Mitchell added 4 pts, while #2 Dominic Cromwell and #4 Kaleb Patterson added 2 pts each as Ramona put a scare into High Tech San Diego who had to re-insert their Starters to stave off the Bulldogs for a Storm Win.
The win did not come without a sacrifice however as leading game Scorer for the Storm, #24 Anthony Gonzalez would have to leave the game in the final minutes for a medical issue.
