November 29, 2022: Spring Valley, CA 91977 The Pacific Ridge Firebird (Carlsbad, CA) basketball crushed the host Mount Miguel Matadors (Spring Valley, CA), 36-13 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Firebird (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA). The Rattlers go into the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Canyon Hills walloped West Hills (Santee, CA), 50-27, in a non-league test.
The Matadors now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Del Norte for a non-league test on Wednesday, November 30. Mount Miguel will encounter a Nighthawks squad coming off a 70-53 non-league win over Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA). The Nighthawks record now stands at 2-0.
