Virginia High School Basketball - Portsmouth Christian holds off TEACH
November 29, 2022: Virginia Beach, VA Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Portsmouth Christian Patriots (Portsmouth, VA) and the host TEACH (Virginia Beach, VA), saw Portsmouth Christian's basketball squad hold off TEACH by a tally of 41-38.
With the victory, Portsmouth Christian improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Patriots host Walsingham Academy (Williamsburg, VA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 1. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Walsingham Academy won 58-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Hampton Christian Academy (Hampton, VA)
Next up, the confront the Summit Christian Academy Eagles (Yorktown, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. TEACH will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 44-9 non-league loss to Spirit HomeSchool (Richmond, VA).
