The Friends Quakers basketball team (Baltimore, MD), was toppled 40-31 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Annapolis Area Christian Eagles (Severn, MD)

The Eagles now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenwood Mennonite for a non-league battle on Friday, December 1. Annapolis Area Christian will confront a Flames team coming off a 51-3 non-league win over Seaside Christian Academy (Ocean City, MD). The Flames record now stands at 1-0.
