Illinois High School Basketball - Schaumburg routs Aurora East
November 29, 2024: Aurora, IL 60505 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Schaumburg Saxons basketball team scored a big 72-37 triumph over the Aurora East Tomcats.
The Saxons (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL). The Fighting Saints go into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, St. Charles East smashed Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL), 61-44, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tomcats battle the Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Aurora East will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 64-55 non-league loss to Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL).
