The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Horn Lake Eagles (Horn Lake, MS) and the host Gentry Rams (Indianola, MS), observed Horn Lake's basketball team knock off Gentry by a score of 63-53.

The Eagles (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Fayette Ware (Somerville, TN). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Fayette Ware prevailed over Hamilton (Memphis, TN), 80-28, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Amanda Elzy Panthers (Greenwood, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Gentry will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 63-41 non-league loss to Holmes County Central (Lexington, MS).
