The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Canyon Springs Pioneers (North Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Western Warriors (Las Vegas, NV), observed Canyon Springs's basketball team overcome Western by a margin of 54-40.

The Pioneers (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Palo Verde (Las Vegas, NV). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Palo Verde dropped by Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV), 35-29, in a non-league challenge.
