Legacy Longhorns (North Las Vegas, NV) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Canyon Springs Pioneers (North Las Vegas, NV), 42-36 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Legacy advances its record to 11-2 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 10-3. Mira Costa won 63-55 in their recent league match against West (Torrance, CA)

The Pioneers now own a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sunrise Mountain for a 4A Desert match on Tuesday, January 7.
