November 29, 2025: Ocala, FL 34472 Santa Fe Raiders (Alachua, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Lake Weir Hurricanes (Ocala, FL), 48-29 in a league match.
With the victory, Santa Fe upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Raiders host Branford (Branford, FL) to face the Buccaneers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 2. The Buccaneers enter the outing with a record of 1-0. Branford won 61-17 in their recent non-league outing against Countryside Christian (Gainesville, FL)
The Hurricanes (0-3) will now prepare for their outing against North Marion (Citra, FL). The Colts enter the 4A District 5 outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, North Marion was defeated by The Villages Charter (The Villages, FL), 65-21, in a non-league outing.
