Arizona High School Basketball - Tuba City overwhelms Rio Rico
November 29, 2025: Rio Rico, AZ 85648 The Tuba City Warriors basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Rio Rico Hawks to 33 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Show Low for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 2. Tuba City will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 45-40 non-league loss to Cibola (Yuma, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 3-3.
The Hawks (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Rancho Solano Prep (Scottsdale, AZ). The Mustangs enter the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Rancho Solano Prep was ripped by Monument Valley (Kayenta, AZ), 58-40, in a non-league game.
