Illinois High School Basketball - Andrew crushes Argo
November 30, 2022: Tinley Park, IL 60477 Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL), 89-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Andrew upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Thunderbolts travel to Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Homewood-Flossmoor lost 75-51 in their recent non-league bout against Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL)
Next up, the Argonauts play the Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL) in a South Suburban bout, on Friday, December 2. Argo will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Meteors go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 74-65 league win over Richards (Oak Lawn, IL).
