Illinois High School Basketball - Evergreen Park tops Andrew
December 16, 2022: Evergreen Park, IL 60805 Evergreen Park Mustangs (Evergreen Park, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL), 67-54 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Evergreen Park upgrades its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 4-4. DePaul College Prep lost 58-46 in their recent non-league bout against St. Rita (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Thunderbolts confront the Crete-Monee Warriors (Crete, IL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, December 20. Andrew will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 1-6 record after their 50-33 non-league loss to Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL).
