Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Dakota Indians (Dakota, IL) and the host Forreston Cardinals (Forreston, IL), saw Dakota's basketball squad knock off Forreston by a count of 54-43.

With the victory, Dakota upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Orangeville (Orangeville, IL) to play the Broncos in a Northwest Upstate Illini - North challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Broncos come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Orangeville lost 49-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Polo (Polo, IL)
