November 30, 2022: Guy, AR 72061 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Wonderview Daredevils (Hattieville, AR) and the host Guy-Perkins Thunderbirds (Guy, AR), saw Wonderview's basketball squad wallop Guy-Perkins by a tally of 61-39.
With the victory, Wonderview improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Daredevils host Brinkley (Brinkley, AR) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 3. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Brinkley won 78-58 in their recent non-league challenge against Palestine-Wheatley (Palestine, AR)
Next up, the Thunderbirds confront the Scranton Rockets (Scranton, AR) in a 1A Region 4 challenge, on Friday, December 2. Guy-Perkins will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 80-69 league loss to Sacred Heart (Morrilton, AR).
