The Cape Hatteras Hurricanes basketball team (Buxton, NC), was overwhelmed 58-33 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Manteo Redskins (Manteo, NC)

The Redskins now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gates County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 6.

The Hurricanes (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC). The Nighthawks come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, First Flight trounced Washington (Washington, NC), 53-34, in a non-league battle.
