November 30, 2022: South San Francisco, CA 94080 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the South San Francisco Warriors (South San Francisco, CA) and the visiting San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA), saw South San Francisco's basketball squad knock off San Mateo by a count of 41-31.
With the victory, South San Francisco upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Balboa (San Francisco, CA) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 1. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Balboa lost 46-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Burlingame (Burlingame, CA)
Next up, the Bearcats play the East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 1. San Mateo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 49-36 non-league win over Merced (Merced, CA).
