November 30, 2023: Stuarts Draft, VA 24477 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Stuarts Draft Cougars (Stuarts Draft, VA) basketball squad edged the visiting Central Woodstock Falcons (Woodstock, VA), by a margin of 54-47.
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA). The Generals go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Mountain View held off Riverheads (Staunton, VA), 52-31, in a non-league outing.
The Falcons now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Riverheads for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 5. Central Woodstock will clash with a Gladiators squad coming off a 66-58 non-league loss to Rappahannock County (Washington, VA). The Gladiators record now stands at 1-2.
