Minnesota High School Basketball - Hibbing tipped by Cloquet
November 30, 2023: Hibbing, MN 55746 The Cloquet Lumberjacks basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Hibbing Bluejackets to 70 in the Lumberjacks non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Branch for a AAA Section 7 contest on Tuesday, December 5. Cloquet will meet a Vikings team coming off a 89-48 non-league win over Pine City (Pine City, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 1-0.
The Bluejackets (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Superior (Superior, WI). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Superior nudged St. Croix Central (Hammond, WI), 79-68, in a non-league contest.
