November 30, 2023: Dakota, IL 61018 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Dakota Indians (Dakota, IL) and the visiting Forreston Cardinals (Forreston, IL), saw Dakota's basketball squad wallop Forreston by a tally of 54-18.
With the victory, Dakota improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Pecatonica (Blanchardville, WI) to confront the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Pecatonica won 63-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Benton (Benton, WI)
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Juda Panthers (Juda, WI) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, December 2. Forreston will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 69-30 non-league loss to Cassville (Cassville, WI).
