Indiana High School Basketball - Eminence nips Providence Cristo Rey
November 30, 2023: Eminence, IN 46125 Eminence Eels (Eminence, IN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Providence Cristo Rey Wolves (Indianapolis, IN), 36-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Eminence upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Eels host Indianapolis Metropolitan (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Pumas in a Greater Indianapolis bout on Friday, December 8. The Pumas go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Indianapolis Metropolitan lost 49-47 in their recent non-league bout against Indianapolis Shortridge (Indianapolis, IN)
Next up, the Wolves play the Central Christian Academy Chargers (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Providence Cristo Rey will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 63-42 league loss to Indiana Math & Science Academy North (Indianapolis, IN).
