Arkansas High School Basketball - Marshall nips Flippin
November 30, 2023: Flippin, AR 72634 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Marshall Bobcats (Marshall, AR) and the host Flippin Bobcats (Flippin, AR), saw Marshall's basketball squad hold off Flippin by a tally of 54-48.
With the victory, Marshall improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Quitman (Quitman, AR) to play the Bulldogs in a 2A Region 2 challenge on Friday, December 1. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Quitman lost 73-55 in their recent league challenge against Izard County (Brockwell, AR)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Lead Hill Tigers (Lead Hill, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Flippin will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 64-20 non-league loss to Flippin (Flippin, AR).
