November 30, 2023: Tabor City, NC 28463 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC) and the host South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC), saw North Myrtle Beach's basketball squad wallop South Columbus by a tally of 57-36.
With the victory, North Myrtle Beach improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Chiefs travel to Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC) to play the Braves in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 4. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Stallions play the Lake View Wild Gators (Lake View, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 4. South Columbus will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Wild Gators come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 55-35 non-league loss to Carvers Bay (Hemingway, SC).
