California High School Soccer - River Valley knocks off Nevada Union
November 30, 2023: Grass Valley, CA 95945 River Valley Falcons (Yuba City, CA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the Natomas Nighthawks (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. River Valley will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Nighthawks enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Mira Loma (Sacramento, CA).
The Miners now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Las Plumas for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. Nevada Union will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Chico (Chico, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-2.
